In this 13-week course, participants will investigate a multitude of aging issues, fostering introspection and growth; understanding cognitive fitness; exploring some of the things we fear as we age; increasing satisfaction with life; becoming physically healthy; and; expanding social/emotional health. Over the 13 weeks of this non-credit class, participants will discover strategies to enhance personal strengths as they age.
