Free Cooking & Nutrition Classes, Tuesday evenings at 5 p.m. Learn a new recipe, cook a nutritious meal ona budget, get tips on how to prep healthy meals & more! Classes include meal tasting, a recipe card and a food box. Food Box distribution from 4-6:30 p.m. Preference given to current students – you do not need to attend the class to receive a food box. In collaboration with NMSU ICAN Lincoln County. Classes are funded through New Mexico Higher Education Department Food Security Grant. To register or for more information, call 575.315.1213
