      The Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce, ENMU Portales, and Roosevelt County are excited to welcome Mark Chesnutt to the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds in Portales, sponsored by JP Stone Community Bank, on Saturday, Oct. 18, as part of the One Portales Music and Peanut
