A Positive Psychology Class on Creating a Joyful Life for Longevity
This 12-week, interactive class aims to enhance inner strength through self examination to increase positive thinking, tranquility and resilience. The class posits: What is my life’s purpose? Why am I here? And where am I going in search of a balanced life and love and meaning? Students are asked to contemplate on their own life stories and make a future plan for personal growth.
A positive psychology downloadable workbook is included with course costs.
This class is for seekers of meaning and purpose in everyday life; who wish to become creative in growing their sense of well-being and increasing their overall joy.
Students are challenged to speak the truth and stay authentic while building a community.

ENMU-Ruidoso Annex
Youth boxing is designed for the student who is committed to understanding the principles of boxing technique and fitness. The class will include consistent work on fundamental boxing skills: range, structure, defensive, offensive skills, using feints, counters, parrying, slipping, bobbing, weaving. The class will focus on developing skills and strategies around boxing at a high level.
Students will gain fundamental knowledge of boxing, including increased fitness and skills to successfully and safely navigate the boxing environment. Experienced students will build off existing knowledge to become a more confident and skilled boxer.
8 Weeks; Mondays & Wednesdays
$140+$15 fees
Fees include mouth guard, hand wraps and foul protection
