ENMU-Ruidoso offers 1-Day Hospitality & Customer Service Certificate Class
ENMU-Ruidoso Community Development office in partnership with the Ruidoso Midtown Association is offering a one-day Introduction to Ruidoso Hospitality and Customer Services class Tuesday, May 21 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The certificate class is designed to equip students with basic skills, both hard- and soft-skills, for most entry-level hospitality employment positions. The class provides introductory sessions on the following:
- Effective communication
- Professionalism
- Customer service
- Local knowledge
